The Kyrgyz film Cinephile received an award of the 4th International Festival of Motivational Cinema and Sports Bridge of Arts, which took place on October 10-14 in Rostov-on-Don (Russia). The festival’s website says.
The film by Askar Nurakun uulu received a diploma for Poetic Embodiment of Love of Cinema in the short film competition. The film Wonderful Alps by Italian directors Andrea Brus and Marco Scotuzzi was recognized the best.
The film Cinephile is a debut student work of the film director. The film tells the story of a small viewer whose attempt to watch a movie ends in failure. He is content with the sounds of long-familiar films, coming from the cinema, where he was not allowed. But thanks to his love and coincidence, he still manages to achieve the desired.
The main prize for the best film was awarded to movie by a Frenchman Julien Herve and Philip Michelin Stuffed Toy.
The Bridge of Arts Festival is held in Rostov-on-Don for the fourth time. The program consists of three parts — the festival of motivational films, a business forum and the All-Russian competition of films about tourism and travel Russia Inspires! President of the festival is a Russian and American athlete and film actor Oleg Taktarov.
