Deputy of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Tynchtyk Shainazarov told 24.kg news agency how to save budget funds.
According to him, if the authorities want to carry out a qualitative reform and develop the regions, the number of rural administrations should be reduced.
The deputy is sure that this will help reduce costs three times, and the saved money can be sent to the local treasury.
There are 40 districts and 453 rural administrations in Kyrgyzstan. Tynchtyk Shainazarov believes that it is too much for a small republic, therefore, some rural administrations can be united, saving up to 30 percent of the funds allocated to them.
