A new deputy appeared in the Bishkek City Council. The Chairman of the capital’s territorial election commission, Kairat Mamatov, told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, a deputy from SDPK faction, Evgeniya Berdnikova, submitted a letter of resignation at her own request. «The next on the party list is Sergey Shin. He was given the vacant seat,» he said.
According to Kairat Mamatov, the decision of the TEC should be approved by the Central Election Commission. By tradition, new deputies get their certificates at a session of the City Council.
