A deputy of Tokmak City Council from SDPK faction Tynai Zhanseyitov, who is suspected of stabbing Talantbek Zhamangulov, was put on the international wanted list. The police department of Chui region informed 24.kg news agency.
The suspect was charged in absentia under the article — attempted murder- of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and a preventive measure in the form of detention for two months was chosen for him.
However, the lawyer of the deputy Darina Tezekbayeva states that the case is fabricated, and the testimony of the prosecution witnesses is fictitious, since they were not present at the scene. The lawyer is confident that the victim settles personal accounts with Tynai Zhanseyitov.
Location of Tynai Zhanseyitov has not yet been established. According to some reports, he left the country immediately after the incident in the cattle market.
