The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan fined citizens for 300,000 soms. Its website says.
Three residents of Jalal-Abad region were fined for exchange operations with cash foreign currency without a license for 100,000 soms each.
Last week, the National Bank fined 15 residents of Osh and Batken regions for 1.5 million soms.
