The tournament is held on October 5-7 in Perm city (Russia). Istomidin Umurzakov (Kyrgyzstan) performed in the weight category of 70 kilograms. He had four fights with Russian athletes: at the start, he defeated Alexey Arkhangelsky, then lost to the future champion Alexander Borisov, defeated Alexander Kucherov and Andrey Tolstov. The result is a bronze medal.
The deputy of the Parliament Tazabek Ikramov competed in the weight category of 78 kg. He defeated Onder Ozgul (Turkey), lost to Johan Hedberg (Sweden), defeated Vishal Asha (India) and lost to Pavel Kurilenko (Russia). Tazabek Ikramov became the fifth in the final protocol.
