Kyrgyzstanis took the 1st place at the International Ballroom Dancing Competition. The Ballroom Dancing Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Empire Cup 2018 tournament ended in Moscow. More than 1,600 duets from 19 countries participated in it. Kyrgyz duet Farukh Mamadzhanov — Nadezhda Burau became the champions in the category Rising Star, Adults + Youth, Latin American program.
In addition, Alibek Cholponbaev and Alina Ivanova took the third place in the category Adults, European Program.
«This tournament is one of the strongest held in Moscow. Not a lot of duets participate in it, but everything is held at an excellent level,» the federation noted.
