The President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov congratulated citizens of Kyrgyzstan on the International Day of Older Persons. The text of the message was distributed by the Information Policy Department.
«Veneration of the elders, respect for history have ever been an integral part of the culture of our people, the main help in building a better future. Observing the close connection of generations, the glorious path of the fathers continues, traditions and culture of ancestors are handed over from generation to generation. You won the Great Patriotic War, heroically worked in the homefront, then raised from the ruins the cities and villages, factories and plants, multiplied the wealth of our state,» the message says.
Sooronbai Jeenbekov noted that favorable conditions for a high-quality, diverse and full-fledged life of every elderly person should be created in Kyrgyzstan. «Your life path, rich experience, your advice and guidance is an invaluable asset of Kyrgyzstan,» the President said.
