The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Korea calls on state bodies to select candidates that will represent the republic at international events abroad more carefully. The press service of the Embassy reported.
In June, Seoul hosted an annual International Import Goods Fair, organized by the Korea Importers Association (KOIMA) with the support of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of Korea, the Korea Trade — Investment Promotion Agency and the Korean International Trade Association.
Several companies engaged in manufacturing of local products came from Kyrgyzstan, including the Association of Resorts of the Kyrgyz Republic, which was recommended by the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Association of Resorts was supposed to be presented by Elgiz Rysaliev and Bekzhan Mirbekov under the leadership of Mirlan Usubaliev.
Arriving in Korea, they have never returned to their homeland, violating the migration legislation. Such a step on their part causes a negative attitude and distrust towards the state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic by the Korean authorities.
The Embassy notes that this is not the first case when a civil servant, having arrived in Korea, violates the laws and rules of decency.
