Kyrgyzstani Chynarbek Isabekov took the third place at the World Championship among veterans in freestyle wrestling. United World Wrestling website reports.
The World Championship continues in Skopje (Macedonia). Chynarbek Isabekov performed in the weight category of 100 kilograms. In the quarterfinals, he defeated Stefan Ivanov Georgiev (Bulgaria), then lost to future champion Vitaly Perfiliev (Russia) and defeated Peter Frederic Du Prize (South Africa).
This is the fourth consecutive success of Chynarbek Izabekov at a tournament of this level. He took the first place at the World Cup 2015 and World Cup 2016.
Recall, Melis Turganbaev also won bronze medal at the World Championship 2018.
