In 2018, border guards detained 134 violators of the state border. The State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.
It is specified that for eight months, the Border Service officers found three caches with three weapons and accessories to them during the reconnaissance and search activities.
«In addition, border detachments seized 14 weapons, 178 pieces of ammunition. More than one ton of drugs: cannabis, hashish, marijuana were found and seized during the service-combat activity. The border guards also detained smuggled cargo for a total of more than 19,967,500 soms,» the service informed.
