It is planned to withdraw the airlines from ICAO blacklist in 2019. The Transport Ministry notes that all conditions in the sphere of civil aviation have been created for this purpose. For example, salaries in aviation were increased, pilots are trained in accordance with the requirements.

«Last year, the president of ICAO personally visited Kyrgyzstan. A number of issues on reforming the civil aviation system have been worked out with him. The Civil Aviation Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic conducts seminars on upgrading the skills of the inspectorate staff,» the report said.
