The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia explained why the law enforcement agencies detained 15 Kyrgyz citizens.
All the detainees were released after a check. Administrative penalties for violation of the migration regime have been imposed on 11 Kyrgyz citizens.
The Embassy recalls that every citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic must personally submit their documents for registration in Russia to the territorial branches of the migration service at their place of residence, and not to use the services of intermediaries.
A human rights activist Valentina Chupik informed 24.kg news agency about detention of 19 citizens of Kyrgyzstan in Perovo district. She is sure that the majority of Kyrgyzstanis were detained on national hostility grounds.
