Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications Kubanych Shatemirov told 24.kg news agency when Safe City project would be launched.
According to him, at present, the contract with the winner of the auction — Vega Radio Engineering Corporation — is being finalized. According to the draft agreement, phased introduction of equipment is planned.
«The deadline for implementation is not later than six months from date of signing of the contract. If the contractor does not meet this deadline, penalties will be charged,» explained Kubanych Shatemirov.
He is sure that the timeline will be much shorter. But it is not known when the contract with the winner will be signed.
Recall, Vega Radio Engineering Corporation offered on the first lot 1,125 billion soms, on the second — 1,195 billion soms. The company will receive 211 soms from each fine paid by a violator on the first lot and 224 soms — on the second lot.
