Zuurakan Kadenova, a former deputy minister of labor and social development, did not have the right to use her diplomatic passport during leave. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Korea Kylychbek Sultan stated this at a press conference in 24.kg news agency.
According to him, Zuurakan Kadenova had to hand over her diplomatic passport before leave.
Kylychbek Sultan noted that Zuurakan Kadenova was not included in the black list of air company because of the authority of KOICA.
«She agreed to leave the airport at midnight only,» he told.
