The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia told how many Kyrgyzstanis were actually detained in Moscow. Information was provided by the press service of the embassy.
Recall, the human rights activist Valentin Chupik informed 24.kg news agency about detention of 19 citizens of Kyrgyzstan in Perovo district. She is sure that the majority of Kyrgyzstanis were detained on national hostility grounds.
"To clarify the circumstances of this fact on September 17, 2018, the representatives of the State Migration Service visited the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Perovo district of Moscow. It was found out that foreign citizens, including six Kyrgyz citizens, were brought to this institution. After check of the documents, five Kyrgyzstanis were released. Materials on the administrative offense on the part of one citizen of Kyrgyzstan were send to court for taking appropriate decisions," the embassy commented on the incident.
