An average inflation rate in 2019 will be about 5 percent. At the same time, prices are expected to rise to 6.8 percent from the third quarter. Then the indicator will decrease and will be at the level of 6.6-6.5 percent.
«At the end of 2018, prices are expected to recover on world commodity markets along with the growth of aggregate demand. The price growth in the medium term will tend to 5-7 percent,» the report says.
