The checkpoints on Kyrgyz-Chinese section of the state border will be temporarily closed at the initiative of the Chinese side in connection with the celebration of the traditional Moon Festival in China. The Public Relations and Media Department of the State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to it, passing of persons, transport and cargo will be suspended from September 22 to September 24 at Torugart and Irkeshtam checkpoints. The checkpoints will resume their work on September 25.
