The parties discussed issues of the planned and production performance of Kumtor mine by the end of 2018. The First Vice Prime Minister noted that in 2017 the enterprise had produced 17.5 tons of gold, and by the end of 2018 it was planned to produce about 15 tons.

The actual difference will be about 2.5 tons. This will affect the financial and economic state of both Kumtor mine and the state budget.
