A 31-year-old citizen of Kyrgyzstan, who was wanted in home country for possession of drugs, was detained in Chelyabinsk Oblast of Russia. REGNUM reported with reference to the prosecutor’s office.
The crime was committed in 2012 in Balykchy. The citizen collected a wild plant and made a narcotic substance.
The man is to be extradited. He is facing up to 10 years in prison.
