It is specified that in general, the doctors are charged with three articles of the Criminal Code: Illegal performing of abortion; forgery, manufacture, sale or use of forged documents, state awards, stamps, seals, forms and trafficking in persons.

«A number of obstetrician-gynecologists, working in state and part-time in private medical institutions, colluded for the sake of financial gain. In addition, the health workers delivered babies in unintended medical institutions and sold the newborns. As of today, four doctors have been detained.
