Kyrgyzstani Nasiba Nurmatova became one of the ten finalists of UNESCO’s International Photo Contest Youth Eyes on the Silk Roads. The National Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic for UNESCO reported.
According to it, the girl was awarded an incentive prize in the age category of 18-25 years.
The international jury examined more than 6,500 photographs received from participants from 100 countries.
The photo contest was organized as a visual research and educational program on the common cultural heritage on the Silk Road topic.
The solemn ceremony of awarding will take place in Beijing.
