The police detained doctors suspected of trafficking in children in Bishkek. The law enforcement bodies informed 24.kg news agency.

The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed to 24.kg news agency the information on the detention of persons suspected of human trafficking. However, it promised to provide the details later.
«A criminal case has been initiated on trafficking in persons charges of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Operative and investigative measures are being conducted,» the ministry commented.
