The traffic police hotline 1262 received more than 500 calls for two days of the World Nomad Games. Kanat Dzhumagaziev, the head of the Central Road Safety Department, told journalists.
According to him, the guests ask how to get to the racecourse, where a car service is located and how many kilometers are left from the point of their location to Kyrchyn Gorge.
«At least 57 calls were received from the foreign guests. Every appeal is processed. Everyone was provided with the necessary assistance. The traffic police employees, who speak English fluently, are on duty at the venues of the events for the convenience of foreign guests and tourists,» said Kanat Dzhumagaziev.
He added that over 30,000 cars entered Kyrchyn Gorge during the opening of the ethnic camp.
