The tender commission is studying the documents of the participants of an auction for Safe City project. The lowest price was offered by Vega Radio Engineering Corporation.
If the commission recognizes the company as a winner, it will receive 211 soms from the first fine paid by the violator of the traffic rules on the first lot, and on the second — 224 soms.
Another Russian company Information Systems Security is a competitor of Vega. It goes in a consortium with Kyrgyztelecom OJSC. Proceeding from its proposal, it will receive 214 soms from each paid fine on the first lot, and 225 — on the second lot.
Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications Kubanych Shatemirov told 24.kg news agency how the winner of the auction will be selected. «Despite the fact that following the results of the third round Kyrgyztelecom in a consortium with Information Systems Security LLC offered the lowest price, we will base on the results of the auction. As a result of all rounds, offer of Vega Corporation is the lowest,» he explained.
Recall, Vega Radio Engineering Corporation offered 1,125 billion soms on the 1st lot, on the second — 1,195 billion soms. The proposal of Information Systems Security LLC on the same lots — 1,139 billion soms and 1,201 billion soms.
The third participant of the auction Alfa Telecom CJSC slightly reduced the price from the starting amount, giving for each lot 1,273 billion soms.
