Winner of Safe City project will be announced at the end of the week. The Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications Kubanych Shatemirov told today.
According to him, the company that offered the lowest price was determined, it is the Russian Vega Group. The commission began to study the tender documentation. The evaluation will be conducted with involvement of independent experts.
He added that the process of determining a winner was open. The feasibility study was discussed with the public. «The commission will study the documents until tomorrow. Valuation is determined by the lowest cost and compliance with qualification requirements. We do not intend to drag it out, we will announce the results by the end of the week,» said Kubanych Shatemirov.
A repeated auction on implementation of Safe City project took place today. It was attended by three companies — Alfa Telecom CJSC, Information Systems Security and the Russian Vega Group.
Vega offered the lowest price — on the first lot — 1,125 billion soms, on the second — 1,195 billion soms.
At least 38 intersections and 52 stationary posts will be equipped with cameras for recording violations. The final cost of the project will be determined based on the results of an online auction the starting amount of which is 2,552,706,240 soms.
