Driver of Toyota car hit a woman and fled from the scene of the traffic accident. The Traffic Safety Department of the capital informed 24.kg news agency.
The accident occurred on September 3 at approximately 10.20 pm. The victim died at the scene.
«Police inspectors found the car shortly after and detained the culprit. A false state number was fastened on the car. Investigation is underway,» the traffic police informed.
