A man suspected of murder of a policeman at Moscow’s Kurskaya station is a Russian citizen living in Orenburg city. He is a native of Kyrgyzstan. Photo of the passport of the detainee is distributed on social networking sites.
This man was born in Kara-Kuldzha village of Osh region. Information has not yet been confirmed by official sources. As the Russian media reported, the suspect was taken to the police department for investigation.
Earlier it was reported that the day before an unknown man wounded a police officer from a firearm around midnight at Kurskaya metro station. The policeman died of injuries.
A criminal case was opened on charges Infringement on life of a law enforcement officer (Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and Illegal firearms trafficking (Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The detainee worked at a candy factory in Moscow.
