Historical Museum guides to wear uniform for 300,000 soms

A new uniform for the guides of the Historical Museum was ordered for 300,000 soms. The state procurement portal reports.

It is noted that the uniform for guides, museum attendants and the line staff should be individual for each employee and made from the fabrics available in sufficient volume to have time to sew them by the opening of the museum.

Fabrics should be selected in accordance with the color range of the interior of the museum.

The purchase is made by direct contract. At least 300,000 soms to be spent on the uniform.

Recall, the reconstruction of the Historical Museum cost the state 1.5 billion soms, or $ 21.5 million, including $ 10 million — for repairs, $ 12.3 million — for installation of the exhibits and repair of the equipment.

The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) in the Kyrgyz Republic carried out the first stage of the work. At least $ 15 million has been allocated for this purpose. The Kyrgyz side performs internal repairs and design. The museum was planned to be opened in November 2017, then in March 2018. However, the restoration work has not been completed so far. The Prosecutor General’s Office and the Corruption Control Committee of the State Committee for National Security are studying what the money was spent on.
