The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev signed an order appointing Eldar Alisherov the Deputy Minister of Economy. The Information Support Department of the Government’s Executive Office reported.
In 2010, he was an assistant to the First Vice Prime Minister Akylbek Zhaparov, then, in 2014, an assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister.
