Platforms for the entry of agricultural products made in Kyrgyzstan into the markets of China are being created. The press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation reported.
The Minister Nurbek Murashev met with the representatives of Longkun China International Trading Co., LTD. and the EU Commodities Exchange. The parties discussed the creation of a joint working group between Kyrgyzstan and the PRC for the development of relations in the field of agriculture and consultations on state support measures by entrepreneurs from the both republics.
A memorandum of cooperation was signed following the meeting between the Ministry of Agriculture, Longkun China International Trading Co., LTD. and the European Commodities Exchange within the framework of the implementation of Optima agro-industrial project.
The document provides for assistance in the access of Kyrgyz products to the Chinese market and the development of online trading. In addition, the memorandum provides for the creation of a modern transport and logistics center that will render services on the primary processing of agricultural products.
