Today, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev got acquainted with the activities of the Public Service Hall of Georgia.
Its Director Givi Azaurashvili told that its branches were located throughout the country and this allowed to reduce bureaucracy, increase the efficiency and quality of services provided to the population.
According to Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev, the priority directions of the government’s work are digitalization and automation of the process of providing public services to exclude contact between the public servants and citizens of the country. It is necessary to create conditions for obtaining certificates and permits within the same building. The Kyrgyz officials intend to study the experience of Georgia and adapt it to the Kyrgyz Republic.
