In the first half of 2018, the total financing of the road sector amounted to 1,654 billion soms in Kyrgyzstan. It was stated at the board meeting of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the ministry, it is 52 percent of the funds provided for the year.
The Ministry of Transport allocated 1,743 million soms for the construction of the roads. The sum in the current budget made up 921 million, for objects of state investments — 822 million soms.
As reported, a capital, medium and maintenance repairs of roads is in full swing in the republic.
