The State Mortgage Company carried out the first public issue of the mortgage bonds in the history of Kyrgyzstan for a total of 200 million soms. The company’s website says.
According to it, the nominal value of a bond is 20,000 soms, the circulation period — 2 years.
Yield of the bonds is set at 8.3 percent per annum, payment of the interest income — every six months.
Mortgage bonds are debt securities, which are collateralized by mortgage collateral.
