Victims of the helicopter crash were hospitalized. The press service of the Air Defense Force of the Kyrgyz Republic confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
An additional aircraft with crew members and tourists has already landed in Bishkek. The injured were taken to the hospitals of the city by ambulance brigades.
«There are citizens of Japan, Poland among the victims. The interpreter and crew members are Kyrgyz citizens,» the press service reported.
Own sources informed that one of the crew members was in serious condition.
The helicopter carried out a search operation and went off the radar. The press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic specified that the helicopter of the Air Defense Force of the Kyrgyz Republic Mi-8 MTV crashed during the rescue operation on the South Inylchek. It fell to the left side because of the strong side wind during the landing.
