35 Kyrgyz citizens kept and exploited in Moscow Oblast

Kyrgyzstanis were illegally kept and exploited in Moscow Oblast of Russia. The press service of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia reported.

According to it, a Kyrgyz citizen Baktybek Koichubayev addressed the Embassy with a statement about fraud against 35 citizens of the republic. They were illegally kept in Bolshevik settlement, Serpukhov district of Moscow Oblast. Employers took away their documents.

Employees of the Embassy and representatives of the Kyrgyz State Migration Service left for the place. It turned out that the workers were registered as employees of Ecocleaning LLC. The Kyrgyzstanis confirmed that their documents were seized and they lived in unsanitary conditions.

After the negotiations, all citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic got their documents (passports, registrations and labor contracts) back within an hour. The company’s management promised within 48 hours to pay wages to all the Kyrgyz citizens for the days worked, without deducting expenses for food and accommodation.
