Pavel Berezin, a lawyer of the Kyrgyz citizen, who rammed pedestrians in Moscow, appealed his arrest. Moscow news agency reported.
«Today we filed an appeal, in which we ask to cancel the decision of Tagansky court on arrest and choose a measure of restraint that is not connected with deprivation of liberty,» Pavel Berezin said.
The time for consideration of the complaint is not known.
Recall, on June 16, Anarbek uulu Chyngyz hit a group of pedestrians in Moscow. Eight people were injured. A criminal case was initiated under Article 264 «Violation of the Traffic and Operation of Vehicles Rules» of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against Chyngyz Anarbek uulu.
