Kyrgyzstanis won four medals at the Asian Cadet Judo Cup. Ippon.org website reported.
The competitions took place on June 21-22 in Cholpon-Ata. At least 200 athletes from 12 countries participated in it. Kazakhstan took the first place in the medal standings, Uzbekistan- the second and Mongolia — the third. The team of the Kyrgyz Republic took the 9th place. It has a silver and three bronze medals.
Shakhida Narmukhamedova won two fights and took silver among the girls in the weight over 70 kg. Among the young men, Ravshanbek Asanov (55 kg) won five fights and became a bronze medalist. Sultan Zhenishbekov (60 kg) scored four wins and won a bronze medal. Syimyk Zhaparov (over 90 kg), who defeated two rivals, also won bronze.
