Deputy Mirlan Zheenchoroev raised the issue of growing prices for fuels and lubricants and fuel supplies to Kyrgyzstan today at the session of the Parliament.
According to him, fuel is getting more expensive, and the government does not take measures. «Fuel is imported only from Russia. The supply from Kazakhstan has been discussed for a long time, but there is no agreement,» the deputy said.
The Vice Prime Minister Zamirbek Askarov said that the increase in prices for fuels and lubricants was a world trend. «80 percent of the fuel is imported to the republic from outside. Our factories can meet the demand only by 20 percent. We are dependent on Russia. We set the task for the refineries to increase the output,» he explained.
