The Former Prime Minister Sapar Isakov was left in custody in the pretrial detention center of the State Committee for National Security. His lawyer Nurbek Toktakunov told.
According to him, the court hearing was closed, although the defense did not receive a copy of the ruling on this.
«I asked why everything is happening not in the open mode. The judges said that there was a ruling to hold closed trial. However, I did not get a copy,» said Nurbek Toktakunov.
Sapar Isakov is prosecuted within the criminal cases on the modernization of Bishkek Heating and Power Plant.
