Automated system of traceability of goods movement in the Eurasian Economic Union will start working at full from January 1, 2019. The Economy Minister of Kyrgyzstan Oleg Pankratov said this today at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on economic and fiscal policy.
According to him, the system is already ready, but it is necessary to undergo certain procedures — to purchase equipment through a tender through the state procurement system, to change subordinate acts. In addition, the system will be launched step by step. The first stage will start on July 1.
Deputies were dissatisfied with the minister’s response.
«Do not you think that there are people, who benefit from not working on by-laws and delaying the process? We must take responsibility. We are languishing in poverty because of dishonest officials, who do not allow the state to fully develop,» MP Aisuluu Mamashova said.
