The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of the Kyrgyz Republic to Russia Bolot Otunbaev and the Republic of Equatorial Guinea to the Russian Federation Jose Esono Micha Akeng signed the Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the countries. The press service of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Russia reported.
The document noted that the parties established diplomatic relations, guided by the principles and objectives of the UN Charter and international law, in particular respect and strengthening of international peace and security, equality between the states, due respect for national sovereignty and territorial integrity, independence, as well as international treaties and non-interference in the internal affairs of the states.
