The Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic is ready to pay 7.5 million soms for the services of a production group for organization of the opening and closure of the 3rd World Nomad Games. The state procurement portal says.
The main producer should develop the repertoire plans of the theatrical concert programs and submit them for approval to the organizer of the Games.
Selection was carried out by direct contract. The Ministry of Culture explained that it carried out «the purchase of goods, works and services by foreign institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic to ensure its activities in the territory of a foreign state».
El Muras Bishkek LLC will engage in preparation of the Games. The company is managed by Aibek Zhenishov. It is engaged in the production of movies, videos and TV programs and from 2011 to 2014 it did not pay taxes. In 2015, they amounted to 3,800 soms. Over the past two years, El Muras Bishkek has paid 200 som in taxes to the budget.
