The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev held a working meeting on the implementation of the projects Smart City, Electronic Document Management and the system of interdepartmental interaction Tunduk. Press service of the government reported.
The head of government noted that there is no clear understanding of the meaning and mechanisms of the projects’ work in the society, and the state bodies failed to give a clear answer to the citizens’ questions.
The main objective of Smart City, Tunduk and Electronic Document Management projects is to improve the security of citizens, ensure transparency and promptness of decisions, reduce corruption.

«We should discuss in detail the various development scenarios, objectively assess our capabilities and choose a path for further movement,» said Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev.
The head of government noted that the state bodies do not have a single vision for the implementation of the projects. He noted that it is necessary to work out common standards for all state and regional government bodies.
«We should facilitate citizens’ access to public services. After the implementation of the projects, we will practically exclude contact between the population and officials; there will be no bribes for obtaining a particular certificate. The human factor is practically excluded,» said Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev.
The head of government instructed to study the possibility of implementation of projects within the framework of public-private partnership with the involvement of partners.
