A militant of an international terrorist organization was detained in Kyrgyzstan. The press service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The foreign citizen, 32, was wanted by law enforcement agencies of one of the CIS countries on the fact of illegal participation in the bandit groups of an international terrorist organization in 2015. He underwent sabotage and terrorist training and participated in military operations against Syrian government troops.
The detainee was handed over to the representatives of the competent authorities of the partner country for prosecution.
