The employees of the Drug Trafficking Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic detained a drug dealer with a large batch of heroin in the south of the republic.
According to the press service, the employees of the service detained a suspect of the illegal drug trafficking. In the course of a special operation, a steady hard drug trafficking channel on a large scale was suppressed.
The suspect smuggled a large batch of hard drugs from Tajikistan to Kyrgyzstan for further transportation and sale in the near and far abroad countries, including the Russian Federation.
During the investigative operations, six kilograms of heroin were found at home of the 35-year-old resident of Osh.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he is registered as a member of an organized criminal drug trafficking group.
A criminal case was opened, investigative measures to identify other persons, involved in the distribution of drugs, continue.
