The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov met the day before with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic Karim Kokrekbayev. According to the government press service, the parties discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation between the countries.
Sapar Isakov noted that active work is being done to increase the export of agricultural products to foreign markets, including Kazakhstan. He stressed the importance of developing cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the countries, including through various cultural and sports events. The Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic called on the Kazakh side to take an active part in the 3rd World Nomad Games.
Karim Kokrekbayev expressed his satisfaction with the growth of trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan in comparison with the same period of the previous year. He conveyed to Sapar Isakov from the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev an invitation to participate in the work of the Astana Economic Forum.
