The President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed a law on the introduction of an electronic system of fiscalization of tax procedures. The press service of the head of state reported.
The Parliament approved the law on March 1. It creates a legal basis for the introduction of marking of goods, electronic licenses and provision of conditions for the traceability of the movement of goods of EEU countries and other states on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. Changes were adopted within the framework of Kyrgyzstan’s commitments to the Eurasian Economic Union. Other EEU countries introduce similar amendments in their legislation.
The law will enter into force 15 days after its official publication. The points of the law on the marking of goods, the introduction of electronic document management and invoices will come into force on July 1. This is due to the fact that the Ministry of Economy has submitted for public discussion the by-laws on the introduction of a system of fiscalization of tax procedures.
