The Director General of Capital Plus LLC, S. Dibrov, was detained and placed in a pretrial detention center within the criminal case on the sale of cottages in Ideal House housing development. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
Recall, in 2017, exactly this company assessed the cottages before the auction for their sale. As a result, they were sold for 142 million soms. However, a scandal broke out.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs instituted criminal proceedings on suspicion of committing crimes under articles 304 (abuse of office) and 307 (unlawful use of official position in the process of privatization, taxation, customs or licensing activities) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
The former head of the State Property Management Fund Bolsunbek Kazakov, ex-deputy head of the fund Bakyt Murataliev were detained earlier within the case. Both of them were put in detention center by a court decision.
The investigation is ongoing.
