Cash compensations in exchange for benefits will be allocated without reference to a place of residence. The Prime Minister Sapar Isakov signed a relevant decree.
Previously, a monetary compensation was allocated at a place of residence. Annually, the recipients of a compensation needed a certificate from their place of residence in case of moving or their death.
The new provision provides for compensation at the place of actual residence, that is, without the requirement of the applicant’s registration. Therefore, a certificate from the place of residence is excluded from the list of required documents from the applicants.
